Vicky E. Shannon

Vicky E. Shannon, 64, transitioned from this life on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland. She was born in Lorain, Ohio where she remained all of her life. Vicky attended Lorain City Schools and became a STNA, working at several nursing homes until she retired. She attended Wesley United Methodist Church and periodically Church on the North Coast, both of Lorain. Vicky loved to cook and would cook for anyone who would ask her. Vicky is survived by her mother, Gayle Francis/Brown of Lorain; a sister, Crystal Francis of Lorain; brothers, Mark Francis, Brooke Brown, Jack Tucker, Jerome Tucker, all of Lorain, William (Lana) Davis of South Euclid, Eric Davis, Fredrick Davis and Isaac (Peggy) Fletcher, all of Toledo; a step-daughter, Sierra Shannon of Elyria and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Vicky was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elizabeth Lynch and Lester Francis and her father, King Edward Davis. A viewing will be from 10AM until time of service at 11AM on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Church on the North Coast, 4125 N Leavitt Road, Lorain; Pastor Troy Thompson will officiate.
