Terral Lamont Jackson, 54, of Columbus, formerly of Lorain, died unexpectedly on Saturday, September 18, 2021. He was born October 31, 1966 in Lorain. Lamont, as he was called by family and friends, was an alumnus of Admiral King High School where he was on the wrestling team. He loved spending most of his time with his family and enjoyed laughing and cooking for them. He is survived by his sons, Lamont Jackson Jr. and Tyrone Jackson; daughter, Olivia Jackson; mother, Lisa Calhoun (née Jackson); father, Melvin Nelson and stepmother, Ivory Nelson; a sister, Lisa Thomas and brothers, David Thomas, Louis Thomas and Charles Calhoun Jr.; his special friend, Carol Blakely; 14 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Louis Thomas and maternal and paternal grandparents. A visitation will be held Saturday, September 25th from 11AM until time of service at 12PM at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home, 2652 Broadway Ave, Lorain.
