Tammy Messer

Tammy Messer, 51 of Lorain, transitioned at Cleveland Clinic on Friday, September 13, 2024. She was born on October 28, 1972, in Lexington, Kentucky to Carolyn and Joseph Messer and was a lifelong resident of Lorain. Ohio. 

Tammy worked as a STNA for Home Health Care Agencies for the past 28 years. She attended New Morning Star Baptist Church in Lorain. 

Tammy loved shooting pool, watching movies, and her favorite television show “The Andy Griffith Show.” 

Tammy will be sadly missed by her four sons, Deandre (Demetreana) Brown Jr, Tyler James (Marjae) Brown, Isaiah Timothy Brown and Gerald Ulmer Jr.; three grandchildren; her parents, Joseph and Carolyn Messer; her sister, Pamela Hernadez, and her brother, Tim (Jessica) Messer; her two best friends, Nicki Flowers and Lavon McCall Jr.; and a host of other loving relatives and friends. 

Tammy was preceded in death by her grandparents. 

A Family Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 2:00 until the time of her Memorial Service at 2:30pm at Brown Robinson Funeral Home & Celebration Center 6075 Middle Ridge Road, Lorain, Ohio 44053.
