Evangelist Sandra Turner

Evangelist Sandra Turner, 72, of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Mercy Regional Medical Center. She was born in Lorain, Ohio on November 10, 1950 and was a life-long resident of Lorain. She retired from the Lorain City School System where she worked as a secretary at Admiral King High School for 40 years. She served as an Evangelist at City of Deliverance International Ministries in Lorain. She enjoyed praising God and reading the bible. She is survived by her two daughters, Yvette Turner and LaDeanna; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Roy Fields, Vernell Fields and Darrell Fields; 2 sisters, Paralee Fields-Turner and Diane Fields, and a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Turner; her parents, Robert Fields and Margaret (née Graham) Fields; three brothers, Michael Fields, Jerome Fields and Ronell Fields.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 18, 2022, from 4:00 PM until time of service at 5:00 PM at City of Deliverance International Ministries, 1897 E. 30th St., Lorain OH. Bishop Steve E. Robinson is officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery on Monday, December 19th at 10:00AM.
