Edward Daniel Collins Jr

Edward Daniel Collins Jr., 67, of Brooklyn, Ohio, formerly of Lorain, passed away unexpectedly at his home on November 1, 2024. He was born February 14, 1957, in Elyria, Ohio. He graduated from Clearview High School where he played football and was on the wrestling team. 

Edward worked in management for the McDonald’s Corporation for many years and was an avid Cleveland Cavs fan. 

Edward will be sadly missed by his brother, James (Patricia) Collins; two sisters, Debra Collins and Violet (Donny Franklin) Collins; a sister-in-law, Ana Collins, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.  

Edward was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Lee Collins, and father, Edward Collins Sr.; his brother, Herman Collins; and his grandparents, T.F. and Viola Jones, who raised him.  

A visitation will be held Friday, November 15, 2024, from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home & Celebration Center, 6075 Middle Ridge Rd., Lorain OH 44053. Burial will be held in Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria.
