Asiah Cartier Holloway

Asiah Cartier Holloway (Super Siah), gained his angel wings on October 29, 2022. He was born January 16, 2021 in Lorain, Ohio to parents Elethea Curry and Alaric Holloway. Asiah enjoyed nursery rhymes, coco melon, kisses and hugs. He knew he was loved, his bright eyes would light up the room every time he heard his name. Though his time with his family was short, he touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around him. Asiah leaves to cherish his memory: his siblings, Zaveon Bennett, Amir Holloway, Amour Holloway, Jordan Holloway, Santana Colon, Dari’Yanna Curry, Makenna Holloway, Alara Holloway, Aliyah Holloway, Jayda Holloway, Alaric Holloway, Nyiar Chapman and Nay’Loni Phillips, all of Lorain, James Loft and Kamarin Bartlett Van-horn, both of Columbus; aunts, Amanda Hughes (Jerry), Jazmine Nathan and Talia Nathan, all of Columbus; uncles, Dennis Hughes Jr; Gregory Curry, Jordon Hughes, and Raymar Hughes, all of Columbus, Shyanne Roman and Marcus Payne, both of Columbus; grandparents, Donna Curry and Tijuanna Roman, both of Columbus, Gregory Haynes (Lisa) of Lorain, Dennis Hughes Sr. and Alaric Holloway Sr., both of Columbus. Asiah was preceded in death by his maternal grandparent, Albert Chambers III, paternal grandparents, Emma Edwards, John Henry, and Prentiss and Myrtist Hughes; and godparent, Jordan Garcia. The family will receive friends on Wednesday Nov. 9, 2022 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12 noon at Brown-Robinson Funeral Home, 2652 Broadway Ave, Lorain. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery.
