Alisha Ann Hagwood

Alisha Ann Hagwood, 58, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio after battling Lupus for many years. She was born September 25, 1964 in Welch, West Virginia. She moved to Lorain, Ohio at a young age with her family. After graduating from Admiral King High School, Alisha eventually moved to Columbus, Ohio where she obtained her degree in mental health services and worked in the Columbus area. Alisha was very active usually riding her bicycle, and she also ran track for Admiral King High School. Survivors include her son Christian Spencer, sister Jeanette (Jackie) Mosley, brothers Cecil (Ruby) Johnson, Roger (Sandra) Hagwood, Nathaniel Hagwood Jr, Herbert (Drema) Hagwood Sr., Henry Hagwood and Richard Hagwood, aunts and uncles and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Alisha was preceded in death by her parents Nathaniel and Mable Hagwood Sr., and sister Carolyn Hagwood. Viewing and services will be Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 1p.m. at Schoedinger Funeral Home, 5980 Perimeter Drive in Dublin, Ohio, near Columbus.
